How does onboarding work?

Do we have to use Xero?
We work best in Xero and will handle setup or migration. Other systems can be discussed at discovery.
Can you take over our payroll?
Yes. Processing, STP reporting and superannuation can be added to any package.
What support is included?
Ongoing access to your client manager. Questions are included in the monthly fee, not billed by the hour.
Do you work with businesses outside Sydney?
Yes. We work with businesses across Australia, not just Sydney. Everything runs in the cloud and you keep the same client manager.
